The cottage comprises two bedrooms - one double, one with 3 single beds - and an open-plan dining / sitting area with TV and DVD, shower room and kitchen, fitted with full-size cooker, microwave, fridge and dishwasher.

French doors open off the sitting area onto a small patio with barbeque.
Steps lead from the patio up to the outside dining area - a sizeable sun terrace overlooking the valley stream, woodland and mine engine house ruins beyond.

There is ample on-site parking adjoining the cottage and a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Tariff is inclusive of central-heating, electricity and bed linen.
